Galvanized and PVC Coated Barbed wire

Barb wire usually consisting of two longitudinal wires twisted together to form cable and having wire barbs wound around either or both of the cable wires at regular intervals. The varieties of barbed wire are numerous, with cables being single or double, round, half-round or flat and having a range of gauges. The twisted double cable provides extra strength and permits contraction and expansion without breakage. Barbs are diagonally cut in order to provide sharper points; they may consist of one or two pieces (two or four points) and are generally spaced at intervals of 4 to 5 inches (10 to 13 cm). 

Galvanized Barbed Wire

To prevent corrosion, barbed wire is galvanized. Barbed wire consists of barbed wire and wire. The wire has a larger wire diameter. The line wire can have one or two wires. Barbed wire is woven through a constant twisting system around the wire. One barbed wire forms two spikes and two wires form four spikes. The sharp spikes are the protective elements of the barbed wire.

The use of two twisted wires improves the quality of the fastening studs and prevents displacement along the wire. On single strand barbed wire, in order to prevent the spikes from rotating around the horizontal wires, the horizontal wires are made of corrugations and their cross section is not round.

PVC Coated Barbed Wire

PVC/PE coated barbed wire. Mild steel wire or galvanized steel wire is attached with PVC or PE to form PVC/PE coated wire.PVC coated wire also has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties, especially PVC coated wire with galvanized inner wires, which can provide double protection for the barbed wire. It also reduces abrasion between layers during operation.
