DESCRIPTION

SPIDER's black annealed wire is produced by subjecting low carbon steel wire or iron wire to an annealing process, resulting in a black oxide coating on its surface. This coating serves to prevent rusting and provides corrosion resistance.

At the SPIDER factory, the wire is heated to a certain temperature and then slowly cooled to produce black annealed wire. The annealing process not only softens the wire to increase its ductility but also forms a black oxide coating during annealing, enhancing durability and reducing abrasion or wear.

Black annealed wire is often applied for weaving, baling in home use and construction. For example, baling hay in agriculture area. Black annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire. Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire. Compared with black iron wire, black annealed wire is more softer and has higher flexibility.
